Fall for Beauty Counter's Nourishing Cream Cleanser

Happy Fall, beauty lovers!
As soon as the weather starts to change and the leaves begin to fall, I notice that my skin changes as well. I always find that I need a little extra lovin' and hydration as I'm recovering from the NY Summer heat, and crave a cleanser that leaves me feeling soft, supple, and moisturized...

If you've yet to hear about Beauty Counter, I'm sure you will soon (they just launched a limited collection exclusive to Target). This cruelty-free, health-conscious company is taking the cosmetic world by storm, fighting for change in the United States and challenging safety standards. For a full description of all the chemicals and ingredients BC has banned, check out their lengthy "never list."

When you walk by BC in Target, you may notice how simple and minimalistic their packaging is - which no doubt reflects the purity of their products.
After adding the Nourishing Cream Cleanser (one of their best sellers) into my skincare routine for a couple of weeks, here are my thoughts...

+ The smell is subtle, yet lovely! With soft hints of citrus and bergamot, I am never overwhelmed by the fragrance.

+ One bottle of this stuff will seriously last you forever. With just the teeniest, tiniest little drop of product, your entire face and neck is enveloped in a soft, creamy lather. Because there are no harsh exfoliants, it has been the perfect everyday cleanser (though I would recommend including an exfoliant into your routine a couple times a week to slough away any dead skin cells).

+ Though I follow up cleansing with a toner, oil, and moisturizer, I do notice that my skin is left feeling supple, smooth, and hydrated. This cleanser strips your skin of the day's dirt, but also replenishes it with coconut oil and aloe.

+ As of late, my skin has been breaking out a bit around the contours of my cheeks (I believe my hormones are beginning to change the older I become, seeing as I never faced these issues before). Though my skin isn't flawless, I definitely have noticed that those areas are healing, slowly but surely. This cleanser has been the perfect balance of gentle on the skin, yet powerful with it's results.

Overall, I truly have no concerns with this product. Though I do like to try new products and switch up my routine, this cleanser will definitely be a staple in my routine from now on. And if it ever runs out, I would absolutely purchase it again.

Have you tried any Beauty Counter products?
